摘要
本文用免疫细胞化学方法研究了渴行为对下丘脑生长抑素的影响。实验结果表明:生长抑素样免疫反应神经细胞胞体位于弓状核,而阳性神经纤维和末梢见于正中隆起内带和外带。在渴行为时,正中隆起外带内神经纤维和末梢的生长抑素样免疫反应增强。作者认为,上述结果可能是由于正中隆起内的生长抑素释放减少,其对抗利尿激素释放的抑制作用减弱,使后者向垂体门脉毛细血管的释放量增加多,从而防止机体进一步失水的一种保护机制。
The influence of thirst bahavior on somatostatin in the median eminence of the hypothalamus of the rat has been studied by means of immunocytochemistry method.The results showed that the SRIF-like immunoreactive neuronal perikarya located in the arcuate nucleus,whereas the positive nerve fibers and terminals were encountered in both internal and external zone of the median eminence.Under the thirst condition,the SRIF-like immunoreaction of nerve fibers and terminals in the external zone of the median eminence was more intensive than that under normal condition with significant difference.The authors supposed that the results mentioned above may be explained as the release of SRIF was decreased and the inhibiting effect of SRIF on the release of antidiuretic hormone weakened,therefore,the release of antidiuretic hormone into the portal capillaries was increased,so to protect the organism from further loss of water.
