开天辟地时耀目光芒的瞬间结晶本项目是中东和北非最大的证券市场沙特证券交易所(Tadawul)的总部大楼,位于沙特阿拉伯王国在首都利雅得作为新都心开发的阿卜杜拉国王金融区。业主要求项目在象征国际竞争力的同时,具备超越时代的地标性、可持续性和高度的功能性。日建设计在2009年的国际竞赛中胜出后,继续负责该项目的设计和监理工作,并于2022年10月完成了该项目。
Light that splits the earth,the crystal of the moment The project is home to the headquarters of the Saudi Stock Exchange(Tadawul),the largest stock market in the Middle East and North Africa.The site is at the heart of King Abdullah Financial District,which is being developed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a new city center in the capital Riyadh.To symbolize its international competitiveness,the client demanded a landmark of timeless elegance,sustainability and advanced functionality.After winning the 2009 international invited competition,Nikken Sekkei was continuously in charge of design and site supervision,which was completed in October 2022.
