领先于时代的租赁式工厂2017年,日建设计与中国香港王董建筑师事务有限公司携手在国际设计方案竞赛中脱颖而出,并作为工业建筑顾问负责本项目的概念设计和方案设计。本项目配备了可一站式实现研发、生产和物流的新一代生产基地,吸引着众多具有发展前景的租户入驻。项目初始就设定了具有挑战性的目标,将目标租户设定为生命科学和机器人学等未来发展前景较好的五大领域的初创企业。
A rental factory ahead of its time In 2017,Nikken Sekkei,together with Wong Tung&Partners Limited of Hong Kong,China,stood out in an international design competition and were assigned as the industrial architectural consultant in charge of developing the conceptual and preliminary design for this project.
