从引领时尚潮流的涩谷街区再开发,到联系站城的“丝带公园”西丽站,日建设计在“站、城、人融合”的TOD理念基础之上,进一步提出了“与自然融合”的TOD4.0这一全新概念,并引入了“消融站城边界”的创新理念,打造更人性、更自然、更协调、更符合国情的TOD开发模式。在本主题中,除了大家耳熟能详的涩谷站,还精选了日建设计近年在中国的最新TOD项目,希望能够对中国未来TOD的发展带来一些新的启示。
From the trend-setting Shibuya Station Area Redevelopment to the"Ribbon Park"Xili Transportation Hub,which connect the station to the city,Nikken Sekkei once again proposes a new concept for Transit Oriented Development;TOD 4.0,a fusion with nature.Following TOD 3.0,which integrates"station,city,and people,"the innovative idea of"eliminating station-city boundaries"to build a human-centered and nature-oriented TOD in accordance with local characteristics,is introduced.In addition to Shibuya Station,a selection of Nikken Sekkei's latest TOD projects in China are presented,in the hope of bringing new insights into the future of TOD in the country.
