从被动的“PLACE”到自主驱动的“PLAYs”2023年5月,日建设计大阪办公室搬迁至银泉备后町大厦(5至8层)。新办公室的设计理念是“PLAYs”。四层的布局按照连接、沉浸、尖端研究、创造的“PLAY”进行设计,探索注重促进交流的ABW(Activity-Based Working)形式。此外,办公室还被设计成每个员工都能在工作场所通过“PLAY”实现碳中和的场所。我们通过重新设计自己公司的办公室,开展应对复杂化和多样化社会问题的实证实验,还将充分利用新办公室为客户和社会提供新的价值。

Redesigning our office to create a dynamic workplace In May 2023,Nikken Sekkei moved its Osaka Office to floors 5–8 of the Ginsen Bingomachi Building.The office design was based on the Activity-Based Working(ABW)model and inspired by a concept we call PLAYS—with each floor themed around one of four endeavors:connection,immersion,advanced research,and creation.The design also encourages employees to work toward carbon neutrality.Through this redesign,we use our entire office to provide new value to clients and society as we experiment with ways to address the increasingly complex and diverse problems of our world.
