基于ANSYS的变截面管套成形工艺研究

摘要 变截面管套在铸造成型过程中容易出现缩松缩孔缺陷。为了提高变截面管套的质量,本文提出采用反向挤压成形方式和正向镦粗成形方式成形管套的变截面部分,并对比分析了两种方式的成形件质量。结果表明,正向镦粗成形方式优于反向挤压成形方式。 The shrinkage porosity defects of variable cross section pipe sleeve are easy to appear in the process of casting molding. In order to improve the quality of variable cross section pipe sleeve, the variable cross section part of pipe sleeve formed by the reverse extrusion forming method and the forward upsetting method was proposed. The quality of the forming parts obtained by the two methods was compared and analyzed. The results show that the forward upsetting forming mode is better than the reverse extrusion forming mode.
