多楔楔横轧复杂铝合金轴类件堆料缺陷的影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 在楔横轧多楔复杂轴类件成形过程中,堆料缺陷影响坯料的外部尺寸,对后续的成形质量产生很大的影响。本文通过三维有限元数值模拟分析了楔横轧工艺参数对铝合金轴类件堆料缺陷的影响。结果表明:轧制速度对堆料的影响最大,轧件成形轧制速度控制在8 r/min时堆料程度最小;断面分配系数对堆料的影响次之,堆料缺陷程度随断面分配系数的增大而增加;成形角对堆料影响最小,堆料缺陷程度随多楔成形角的增大而增加。 In the forming process of multi-wedge complex shaft parts in cross wedge rolling, the stacking defects affect the external dimensions of billets and have a great influence on the subsequent forming quality. The influence of cross wedge rolling process parameters on stacking defects of an aluminum alloy shaft was analyzed by means of three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation. The results show that the rolling speed has the greatest effect on the stacking,and the stacking degree is the smallest when the rolling speed is controlled at 8 r/min;the section distribution coefficient has the second effect on the stacking material, and the defect degree of the stacking material increases with the increase of the section distribution coefficient;the forming angle has the least effect on the stacking material, and the stacking defect degree increases with the increase of the multi-wedge forming angle.
