摘要 为提升行星齿轮的精度、强度、可靠性等关键质量指标,对其热处理工艺进行优化。采取渗碳后降温直接淬火的方法,大大降低了行星齿轮的变形量,并且通过关键参数的调整,组织、硬度等各项指标均符合技术要求。 In order to improve the precision,strength and reliability of a planetary gear,the heat treatment process was optimized.The deformation of planetary gear was greatly reduced by adopting the method of cooling and quenching directly after carburizing,and the microstructure,hardness and other indicators were in line with the technical requirements by adjusting the key parameters.
