摘要
为提高AZ91D镁合金的硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性,在其表面预置Si粉进行激光表面改性处理,进行工艺参数的探究。结果表明:当熔覆层厚度为250μm、激光扫描功率为145 W、激光扫描速度为200 mm/min时,可获得成型良好的改性层,其主要由α-Mg、Mg17Al12和Mg2Si组成,改性层平均硬度大幅提高,耐腐蚀性及耐磨性均有显著改善。
In order to improve the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy,Si powder was preset on its surface for laser surface modification,and the process parameters were studied.The results show that when the cladding thickness is 250μm,the laser scaning power is 145 W,the laser scanning speed is 200 mm/min,the good modified layer can be obtained,which is mainly composed ofα-Mg,Mg17Al12 and Mg2Si,and the average hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance improve greatly.
