摘要
采油井管柱N80钢材在CO2驱油过程中的腐蚀现象非常复杂,通过失重法和水质分析确定腐蚀速率及其影响因素的含量。基于MATLAB语言编程,对腐蚀速率影响因素进行灰关联分析并建立GM(1,N)预测模型。经优选和检验之后,预测模型的计算值与实测值误差较小,这说明该模型可较好反映采油井管柱的腐蚀情况,可为油井的生产作业及防腐措施提供参考。
The corrosion phenomenon of the pipe string N80 steel of oil well in the process of CO2 flooding was very complicated.By the mass-loss method and water quality analysis experiment,the corrosion rate and the content of influencing factors were determined.Based on MATLAB language programming,the influencing factors of corrosion rate were grey correlation analyzed and GM(1,N)prediction model was established.After optimization and test,the error between the calculated value of the prediction model and the measured value is small,which indicates that the model can better reflect the corrosion situation of the pipe string of oil well and provide some reference values for the production and anti-corrosion measures of oil well.
