摘要
介绍了第二相增强泡沫铝复合材料的研究现状,阐述了Si C颗粒对泡沫铝复合材料压缩性能的影响和MgAl2O4尖晶石晶须对泡沫铝复合材料性能的改性。简单介绍了陶瓷颗粒、晶须、碳纤维/碳纳米管、空心玻璃球/空心钢球等对泡沫铝的孔隙率、孔结构、孔径尺寸和力学性能的影响,并分析了以上4种不同增强体的特点。最后,展望了第二相增强泡沫铝复合材料的发展趋势。
The research status of the second phase reinforced aluminum foam composites was introduced.The effect of SiC particles on the compressive properties of aluminum foam composites and the modification of MgAl2O4 spinel whiskers on the properties of the aluminum foam composites were described.The effects of ceramic particles,whiskers,carbon fiber/carbon nanotubes,hollow glass spheres and hollow steel spheres on the porosity,pore structure,pore size and mechanical properties of aluminum foams were briefly introduced,and the characteristics of the four different intensifiers mentioned above were also analyzed.Finally,the development trend of the second phase-reinforced foamed aluminum composite was forecasted.
