摘要
借助于光学显微镜(OM)观察金相组织,布氏硬度仪测试断裂的右耳轴硬度,对右耳轴进行受力有限元模拟及组织和性能进行分析。结果表明:右耳轴的设计计算的安全系数偏小,金相组织存在缺陷,未调质处理是导致早期失效的主要原因。
Optical microscope(OM)was used to observe the metallographic microstructure and the Brinell hardness instrument was used to test the hardness of the fractured right ear axis.The finite element simulation of the load of the right ear axis and the analysis of its microstructure and properties were carried out.The results show that,the safety factor of the right ear shaft during the designis small,the metallographic microstructure is defective,and no quenching and tempering treatment is the main cause of the early failure.
