摘要
采用电阻炉及电化学工作站对排气系统用SUH409L超纯铁素体不锈钢依次进行退火及中性盐电解酸洗、硝酸电解酸洗和HNO3+HF混酸酸洗,模拟现场生产工艺。通过SEM对现场色差试样及模拟退火酸洗后试样进行表面形貌对比分析,结合现场设备工况,阐述排气系统用超纯铁素体不锈钢退火酸洗处理线色差成因。结果表明,该色差为退火炉工况异常,导致带钢进入退火炉内局部氧化不均所致。
Using resistor furnace and electrochemical workstation,the SUH409L ultrapure ferrite stainless steel for exhaust system was annealed,neutral salt electrolytic pickling,nitric acid electrolytic pickling and the acid pickling simulation of HNO3+HF mixed acid to simulate the field process.The surface morphologies of color difference samples and simulated annealed samples were analyzed by SEM.Combined with the working conditions of field equipment,the causes of color difference of ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel for exhaust system by annealing acid pickling were described.The results show that,the chromatic aberration is caused by the abnormal condition of annealing furnace,which leads to the uneven oxidation of strip in the annealing furnace.
