摘要
对轧态616钢板进行930℃淬火和200~450℃保温60 min回火的试验,通过OM、SEM、拉伸性能测试、硬度测试等方法研究了回火温度对616钢组织结构和力学性能的影响。研究表明:在200~450℃范围内,随着回火温度的升高,616试验钢的强度和硬度逐渐降低,伸长率和冲击吸收功先增加后降低。经250℃×60 min回火的616试验钢试样,伸长率和冲击吸收功达到最大值,分别为13.5%和32 J。随着回火温度的升高,616试验钢组织中的马氏体板条逐渐宽化,回火马氏体微结构Packet尺寸逐渐增大,位错密度逐渐降低。
The test of quenching at 930℃,tempering at(200-450)℃×60 min for rolling 616 steel plate was carried out.By using OM,SEM,tensile properties test and hardness test,the effects of the tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 616 steel were studied.The research shows that,in the range of 200-450℃,with the increase of tempering temperature,the strength and hardness of 616 test steel decrease gradually,and the elongation and impact absorption work increase first and then decrease.The maximum elongation and impact absorption work of 616 steel tempered at 250℃×60 min are 13.5%and 32 J,respectively.With the increase of tempering temperature,the martensite lath in 616 test steel becomes wider and wider,the size of tempered martensite Packet increases and the dislocation density decreases gradually.
