摘要 通过扫描电镜和硬度检测,研究了热处理工艺对微铌高钼H13钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,H13钢在860℃退火时,细小的球状碳化物均匀弥散在铁素体基体上,球化效果明显。H13钢退火前硬度值为40.4 HRC,860℃等温球化退火后,H13钢硬度值最大,为71.2 HRC,比退火前的硬度值增大76.2%。 The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and hardness of micro-niobium high molybdenum H13 steel was studied by SEM and hardness test.The results show that,when H13 steel is annealed at 860℃,the fine spherical carbides are distributed dispersively and uniformly on ferrite matrix,and the spheroidizing effect is obvious.The hardness of H13 steel before annealing is 40.4 HRC.The maximum hardness of H13 steel is 71.2 HRC after isothermal spheroidizing annealing at860℃,which hardness is 76.2%higher than that before annealing.
