基于Qform的机械连接轴冷锻成形数值模拟

摘要 对机械连接轴冷锻成形工艺进行了分析,建立其数值模拟模型。运用锻压专业有限元软件Qform对其进行了数值模拟计算,得到不同冷锻成形阶段的形状变化及载荷的变化规律。结果表明:连接轴在镦粗、挤压成形阶段,载荷呈现先增加后基本保持不变再增加的趋势。 The cold forging forming process of a mechanical connection shaft was analyzed,and its numerical simulation model was established.The numerical simulation was carried out by using the finite element software Qform,and the variation of shape and load in different cold forging stages was obtained.The results show that during the stage of upsetting and extrusion,the load of the connecting shaft first increases then remains unchanged,and then increases.
