摘要
设计了铝合金湿式汽缸套的离心铸造工艺,借助ProCAST对铸造工艺进行模拟,以铸件缩孔缩松体积为评价指标,通过正交试验确定工艺参数对铸件缩孔缩松体积的影响。结果表明工艺参数对铸件缩孔缩松体积的影响大小顺序为:铸型温度>浇注温度>离心转速。离心转速1200 r/min、浇注温度710℃、铸型温度280℃为最优工艺参数,此参数下离心铸造加工汽缸套铸件表面质量良好,无明显缺陷,符合实际产品技术要求。
The centrifugal casting process of aluminum alloy wet cylinder line was designed.The casting process was simulated by Pro CAST.Taking shrinkage volume of casting as evaluation index,the effect of technological parameters on shrinkage and porosity of casting was determined by orthogonal test.The effect order s on shrinkage and porosity of casting is casting mould temperature>casting temperature>centrifugal rotation number.Centrifugal revolutions of 1200 r/min,the pouring temperature of 710℃,the mould temperature of 280℃are the optimal process parameters.Under this parameter,the surface quality of centrifugal casting cylinder liner casting is good without obvious defects,which meets the technical requirements of actual products.
