浇注模拟试验台的设计与仿真分析

摘要 为研究铸造机器人在浇注过程中浇包运动学和静力学特性,以浇注模拟试验台为研究对象,运用ADAMS软件对浇注模拟试验台进行运动学模拟,研究试验浇包在试验台上的运动特性并进一步模拟浇包在铸造机器人上的运动规律;运用ANSYS Workbench对试验台进行静力学分析,在试验浇包最大加速度位置时,确定试验浇包转轴的合理位置。分析结果表明:试验浇包以0.052 r/s的角速度转动时,经0.27 s后浇包加速度达到最大,浇包转轴至上端面与距下端面的距离比例约为1.22:1时,转轴的应力最小,设计模型满足浇注作业要求,为铸造机器人浇包运动特性的分析及支撑结构设计提供了一定的参考。 In order to study the kinematics and static properties of ladle on casting robot during pouring,taking the casting simulation test rig as the research object,using the ADAMS software to simulate the kinematics of test rig,the motion characteristics of the test ladle on the test rig was studied and the motion law of the ladle on the casting robot was further simulated.Then statics analysis of the test rig was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The reasonable position of the test ladle shaft was determined at the maximum acceleration position of the testing ladle.The analysis results show that when the angular speed of test ladle is 0.052 r/s,the maximum acceleration of ladle appears at 0.27 s.When the ratio between distance from ladle shaft to upper surface and the distance from ladle shaft to the bottom surface is approximately 1.22:1,the stress of the shaft is minimum,the design model meets the job requirements,which provides a certain reference for analysis of the motion characteristics of the casting robot ladle and the support structure design of casting robot.
