表面微弧氧化处理对球拍钛合金摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在TA1、TC10和TC4钛合金基材表面制备了微弧氧化膜层,研究了三种不同微弧氧化膜层的显微组织、表面粗糙度、硬度、磨损失重和摩擦磨损形貌。结果表明:在相同微弧氧化工艺下,TA1、TC10和TC4钛合金表面形成了形貌不同的微弧氧化膜层;经过微弧氧化处理后,TA1和TC10表面膜层的磨损失重都要小于基材,而TC4合金表面膜层的磨损失重要略高于基材;TC10合金表面膜层的磨损失重最小,具有最佳的抵抗摩擦磨损的特性;钛合金基材的磨损机制主要为粘着磨损和局部剥落;而三种微弧氧化膜层的磨损机制为粘着磨损,摩擦磨损形貌的观察结果与磨损失重测试结果较为吻合。 The micro arc oxidation coatings were prepared on the surface of TA1,TC10 and TC4 titanium alloy substrate.The microstructure,surface roughness,hardness,wear mass loss and friction and wear morphologies of three kinds of micro arc oxidation coatings were investigated.The results show that under the same micro arc oxidation process,the micro arc oxidation coatings with different morphologies appear on the surface of TA1,TC10 and TC4 titanium alloy.After micro arc oxidation treatment,the wear mass loss of TA1 and TC10 surface layer are less than that of the substrate,and the wear mass loss of the surface layer on TC4 alloy is slightly higher than that of the substrate.The wear mass loss of the surface film layer of TC10 alloy is the smallest,and it has the best resistance to friction and wear.The wear mechanism of titanium alloy substrate is mainly adhesive wear and local peeling.The wear mechanisms of three kinds of micro arc oxidation coatings are adhesive wear.The observed results of friction and wear morphology are in good agreement with the results of wear mass loss test.
