摘要
目的比较分析全身麻醉中连续无创动脉血压监测与有创动脉血压监测的使用效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年5月在该院实施择期手术全身麻醉的76例患者视为研究对象,将患者按照个人选择的血压监测方式划入有创组与无创组(n=38)。有创组实施有创动脉血压监测,无创组实施连续无创动脉血压监测。对比两组患者的舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压及患者的满意度情况。结果有创组与无创组患者的舒张压、收缩压及平均动脉压数值比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.019、0.088、0.009,P=0.985、0.929、0.992)。有创组患者的血压监测满意率为78.95%,无创组患者的血压监测满意率为97.37%,无创组患者的满意率相对较高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.176,P=0.013)。结论连续无创动脉血压监测与有创动脉血压监测的效果差异较小,但连续无创血压监测可提升患者的满意率,减轻患者的疼痛感受,建议临床使用。
Objective To compare and analyze the effects of continuous non-invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring and invasive ar-terial blood pressure monitoring in general anesthesia.Methods Seventy-six patients who underwent elective surgery underwent gener-al anesthesia from January 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.Patients were enrolled in the invasive and non-invasive groups according to the blood pressure monitoring method selected by the individual(n=38).The invasive group performed invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring,and the non-invasive group performed continuous non-invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring.Diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the values of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure between the invasive and non-invasive groups between the two groups(t=0.019,0.088,0.009.P=0.985,0.929,0.992).The satisfaction rate of blood pressure monitoring in patients with invasive group was 78.95%,the satisfaction rate of blood pressure monitoring in non-invasive group was 97.37%,and the satisfaction rate in non-invasive group was relatively high,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.176,P=0.013).Conclusion Continuous non-invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring had little difference between the effect of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring,but continuous non-invasive blood pressure monitoring can improve the patient’s satisfaction rate and reduce the patient’s pain perception.It is recommended for clinical use.
