腹腔镜下良性卵巢囊肿剥除术与传统开腹手术的疗效对照分析

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Laparoscopic Benign Ovarian Cystectomy and Traditional Open Surgery

目的比较良性卵巢囊肿临床接受腹腔镜剥除术、传统开腹手术治疗的不同效果。方法以该院2015年1月—2019年5月62例良性卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组31例接受传统开腹手术治疗,观察组31例接受腹腔镜下良性卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,比较两组手术情况、术后恢复情况、妊娠成功率。结果观察组手术时间、术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后1 d最高体温均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后E2、LH、FSH水平分别为(123.85±22.26)mmol/L、(9.16±3.53)IU/L、(7.75±3.28)IU/L,均优于对照组(78.26±17.34)mmol/L、(11.93±3.76)IU/L、(9.79±3.56)IU/L(t=8.996、2.990、2.346,P<0.05);观察组术后妊娠成功率为70.97%,高于对照组45.16%,术后妊娠开始时间为(15.38±4.19)个月,短于对照组(21.38±5.42)个月(χ~2=4.239,P=0.039;t=4.876,P=0.000,<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下良性卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的效果要明显优于传统开腹手术,能够加快术后恢复,提升妊娠率,有良好应用价值。

Objective To compare the different effects of laparoscopic stripping and traditional open surgery for benign ovarian cysts.Methods 62 patients with benign ovarian cysts were studied from January 2015 to May 2019 in the hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.31 cases in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery,and 31 cases in the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery.The treatment of lower benign ovarian cysts was performed.The opera-tion status,postoperative recovery and pregnancy success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative recovery of bowel function,length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,and maximum body temperature at 1 day postoperatively were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The levels of E2,LH and FSH in the observation group were respectively(123.85±22.26)mmol/L,(9.16±3.53)IU/L,(7.75±3.28)IU/L,which were superior to the control group(78.26±17.34)mmol/L,(11.93±3.76)IU/L,(9.79±3.56)IU/L(t=8.996,2.990,2.346,P<0.05);the postoperative pregnancy success rate of the observation group was70.97%,which was higher than that of the control group(45.16%),and the postoperative pregnancy start time was(15.38±4.19)months,shorter than the control group(21.38±5.42)months(χ~2=4.239,P=0.039;t=4.876,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic benign ovarian cystectomy for benign ovarian cysts is significantly better than traditional open surgery.It can speed up postoperative recovery and improve pregnancy rate,and has good application value.
