口腔内科常用根管填充材料的应用及效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of Common Root Canal Filling Materials in Oral Medicine

目的探讨分析口腔内科常用根管填充材料的应用及效果。方法选择在该院口腔内科需进行根管治疗的84例患者,选择时间为2018年6月—2019年6月,根据填充材料差异,将患者分为A、B、C3组(均28例),A组患者填充材料为Cortisomol根管糊剂,B组患者填充材料为碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂,C组患者填充材料为复合树脂,后比较3组患者患者的疼痛发生率及手术成功率。结果A组患者治疗后出现疼痛感的共9例,发生率为32.14%;B组患者治疗后出现疼痛感的共2例,发生率为7.14%;C组患者治疗后出现疼痛感的共8例,发生率为28.57%。与A组、C组相比,B组患者的疼痛发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者手术成功的共21例,失败的共7例,手术成功率为75.00%;B组患者手术成功的共27例,失败的共1例,手术成功率为96.43%;C组患者手术成功的共22例,失败的共6例,手术成功率为78.57%。与A组、C组相比,B组患者的手术成功率明显更高,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔内科常用的根管填充材料中,相比较复合树脂及Cortisomol根管糊剂,碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂能显著降低患者的疼痛发生率,提高手术成功率,在患者的预后恢复中发挥促进作用,临床推广使用价值更高。

Objective To investigate the application and effect of common root canal filling materials in oral medicine.Methods Eightyfour patients who underwent root canal treatment in our department of stomatology were selected.The selection time was from June2018 to June 2019.According to the difference of filling materials,the patients were divided into three groups:A,B and C(both 28 cases).In group A,the filling material was Cortisomol root canal paste,the filling material of group B was iodoform calcium hydroxide paste,and the filling material of group C was composite resin.The pain incidence and success of the three groups of patients are compared.Results A total of 9 patients had pain after treatment in group A,the incidence rate was 32.14%;2 patients in group B ex-perienced pain after treatment,the incidence rate was 7.14%;group C patients experienced pain after treatment 8 For example,the incidence rate was 28.57%.Compared with group A and group C,the incidence of pain in group B was significantly lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In group A,21 patients were successfully operated,7 patients failed,and the success rate was75.00%.In group B,27 patients succeeded,and 1 failed,the success rate was 96.43%.Group C patients underwent surgery,and a total of 22 cases were successful,and 6 cases failed.The success rate was 78.57%.Compared with group A and group C,the success rate of surgery in group B was significantly higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the composite resin and Cortisomol paste,iodoform calcium hydroxide paste can significantly reduce the incidence of pain in patients,im-prove the success rate of surgery,promote the prognosis and recovery of patients,and have higher clinical promotion value.
