摘要
目的分析乙型肝炎肝硬化临床接受恩替卡韦联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗的效果。方法随机将2017年1月—2019年4月60例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者分为两组,其中30例患者仅单一应用恩替卡韦治疗,视作对照组,另外30例联合接受恩替卡韦、多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,视作观察组,比较两组肝功能、肝纤维化情况。结果观察组治疗后肝纤维化指标IV-C、HA、PⅢP、LN水平(58.64±7.19)ng/mL、(145.27±22.43)ng/mL、(115.43±35.28)ng/mL、(90.64±20.17)ng/mL,低于对照组(92.33±10.37)ng/mL、(201.44±45.79)ng/mL、(165.95±41.22)ng/mL、(112.48±27.70)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肝功能指标TBIL、ALT、ALB水平(23.61±6.38)μmol/L、(28.49±8.43)U/L、(32.16±5.02)g/L,均优于对照组(32.83±7.80)μmol/L、(40.16±10.22)U/L、(28.90±5.33)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.011、4.825、2.439,P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化能够减轻肝纤维化,改善患者肝功能,有良好应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of entecavir combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of hepati-tis B cirrhosis.Methods Sixty patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis from January 2017 to April 2019 were randomLy divided into two groups.Among them,30 patients were treated with entecavir alone,and they were treated as control group.Another 30 patients re-ceived entecavir and polyene.Phosphatidylcholine treatment was considered as observation group,and liver function and liver fibrosis were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of liver fibrosis in the observation group were IV-C,HA,PIIIP,LN levels(58.64±7.19)ng/mL,(145.27±22.43)ng/mL,(115.43±35.28)ng/mL,(90.64±20.17)ng/mL,lower than the control group(92.33±10.37)ng/mL,(201.44±45.79)ng/mL,(165.95±41.22)ng/mL,(112.48±27.70)ng/mL the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TBIL,ALT and ALB in the observation group were(23.61±6.38)μmol/L,(28.49±8.43)U/L,(32.16±5.02)g/L,which were better than the control group(32.83±7.80)μmol/L,(40.16±10.22)U/L,(28.90±5.33)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.011,4.825,2.439,P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis can reduce liver fibrosis and improve liver function in patients,and has good application value.
