Current Status and Suggestions on Standards for Emergency Equipment of Offshore Platform

海洋石油勘探开发环境条件复杂多变,且涉及多种高风险作业,一旦发生安全事故,会造成严重的人员伤亡、财产损失和环境污染。文章对我国现行的应急装备标准进行了归纳整理,总结了现行各项标准的适用范围,指出了海上平台适用性标准的空缺,并提出建议。

Offshore oil exploration and development involves complex and variable environmental conditions and various high-risk operations.If accident occurs,it could result in serious damage of casualties,economic losses,and environmental damage.This article sorts out the current standards on emergency equipment in China,summarizes the application scope of various standards,points out the gaps in the applicable standards for offshore platforms,and puts forward suggestions.
