离子性中间层拉伸性能检测结果影响因素分析

摘要 建材行业标准JC/T XXXX《夹层玻璃用离子性中间层》将拉伸性能作为主要测试项目之一,拉伸性能以拉伸断裂应力和拉伸断裂标称应变两个参数表征。本文通过试验分析了离子性中间层拉伸性能检测结果影响因素。得出结论:试样切裁方向对检测结果有影响,标准规定试样长度方向与流延方向一致。拉伸速度对检测结果有影响,标准规定拉伸速度为50mm/min。试样边缘情况对检测结果有影响,标准规定试样边缘应整齐光滑。试样经夹层玻璃制备工艺处理与否对检测结果无影响,标准规定试样从原片切裁。 Building material industry standard on ionoplast interlayer used for laminated glass takes tensile properties as one of the main test items.Tensile properties are characterized by tensile stress at break and nominal tensile strain at break.In this paper,the influence factors on tensile properties of ionoplast interlayer are analyzed by experiments.It is concluded that cutting direction of sample has an effect on the test result,and the standard specifies that the length direction of the sample is consistent with the casting direction.The tensile speed has an effect on the test result,and the standard defines that the tensile speed is 50 mm/min.The edge condition has an effect on the test result,and the standard stipulates that the sample edges should be neat and smooth.Whether the sample is treated by laminating process has no effect on the test result,and the standard specifies that sample should be cut from the original piece.
