基于平行理论的产品数字样机标准体系研究

摘要 随着技术的进步,数字样机相关特性越来越能够描述真实的物理样机。产品标准体系既包含物理样机标准,也包括数字样机标准。基于平行理论,通过分析物理样机标准中数字样机能够继承、转化的标准,探讨专属数字样机标准需求,构建了与物理样机标准体系平行的数字样机标准体系。可通过数据搜集、模型定义、仿真建模等方法,转化和新建属于数字样机专属标准。 With the advancement of technology,the characteristics related to digital prototypes are increasingly able to describe real physical prototypes.The product standards system includes both physical prototype standards and digital prototype standards.Based on the parallel theory,this paper analyzes the standards that digital prototypes can inherit and transform in physical prototype standards,explores the requirements for exclusive digital prototype standards,and constructs the digital prototype standards system parallel to the physical prototype standards system.Conversion and creation of digital prototype specific standards can be achieved through methods such as data collection,model definition,and simulation modeling.
