This paper briefly describes the concept and connotation of industrial chain,and analyzes the effect of the standards system on industrial chain.Based on the dimension of the industrial chain,it analyzes the elements of the national defense science and technology industry.Focusing on the requirements for the construction of national defense science and technology industry system,it puts forward the principles,structure and requirements for the construction of related standards system,which provides standards support for the construction of advanced national defense science and technology industry system.
