As a typical representative of the new format of technology,the collaboration of standard and patent has become a new trend of industry.In the collaboration of patents and standards,there will be combination,conflict and contradiction,so it is necessary to address problems.In the promotion of collaboration in China’s artificial intelligence industry,there are problems such as defects in standards development procedures and lack of overall coordination between enterprises.It can be optimized from the aspects of improving standards system,making an overall layout,and risk prevention of litigation to effectively solve problems and promote the healthy development of the industry.
