数字化改革背景下温州信息化项目绩效评价体系的研究

Research on the Performance Evaluation System of Wenzhou Informatization Project in the Context of Digital Reform

数字化改革是目前发展的趋势,标准化如何在数字大趋势中找到自己的位置并起到重要的作用,是标准化人员应该着力研究的方向。本文基于温州“信息化+标准化”工作中以温州的经验为例对信息化项目绩效评价体系进行了设计和研究。

Digital reform is the developmental trend at present.How to find the position of standardization in the digital trend is very important,which is the direction that standardization personnel should focus on.Based on the work of“informatization+standardization”work in Wenzhou city,the paper takes Wenzhou’s experience as an example,studies and designs the performance evaluation system of informatization project.
