摘要 飞机客户服务是为飞机交付后持续适航运行提供全方位的技术支援和服务。参考借鉴国际民机客户服务数字化标准,聚焦客户业务需求,通用飞机制造商已建立起通用飞机数字化客户服务平台,以门户网站、移动终端APP、微信小程序等多种形式探索客户服务数字化应用。 Customer service for aircraft is the comprehensive technical assistance and service provided for continuous airworthiness operation after the delivery of aircraft.Drawing on the international standards on digitalization of customer service for civil aircraft,and focusing on the customer business demands,general aircraft manufacturers have established a platform on digital customer service for general aircraft,and explored the digital application of customer service in various forms such as portal websites,mobile terminal APPs and Wechat applets.
