Actively Participating in the Development of International Standards Rules,Enhancing China’s Position in Global Maritime Governance

当前,国际形势面临百年未有之大变局,逆全球化的单边主义和保护主义加剧,世界政治经济格局和秩序面临新的调整。海洋环境保护、海洋经济竞争、海洋权益维护、海洋安全保障对全球海事治理提出了新的挑战。围绕国际、国内新形势和我国航运、造船等产业发展需求,我们要以更加积极的姿态参与国际标准规则制定,持续完善我国参与全球海事治理的路径和措施,着力增强我国在全球海事治理中的话语权和影响力。

At present,the international situation is facing a major change that has not been seen in a century.The unilateralism and protectionism against globalization are intensifying,and the world political and economic pattern and order are facing new adjustments.Marine environmental protection,marine economic competition,protection of marine rights and interests,marine safety and security have posed new challenges to global maritime governance.In the light of the new international and domestic situations and the development needs of shipping and shipbuilding industries in China,we should participate in the development of international standards rules in a more active manner,continuously improve the paths and measures of China’s participation in the global maritime governance,and focus on strengthening our voice and influence in the global maritime governance.
