关于火工品试验鉴定标准体系的几点思考

Thoughts on the Standards System for Initiating Explosive Device Test and Evaluation

加强武器装备实战化考核,摸清装备性能底数及效能底数,获取装备在各种极限边界条件下的性能情况和作战能力是新时期武器装备发展建设及装备试验鉴定新体制对装备提出的新要求。火工品虽然属于武器装备的三四级配套装备,但由于其功能首发性、作用敏感性,其实战化考核对整个武器装备作战使命的实现、作战效能的提升起着举足轻重的作用。本文通过对GJB 736《火工品试验方法》系列标准的分析梳理,对标火工品指标体系和实战化考核需求,构建火工品试验鉴定标准体系框架,提出相关标准制修订需求,为优化完善火工品试验鉴定标准体系,满足实战化考核提供标准支撑。

The development of weapons in the new era and the new system for equipment test and evaluation have put forward the new requirements,that is to strengthen the actual combat assessment of weapons and equipment,find out the limited value of performance off-side and threshold value of effectiveness of equipment,and obtain the performance and combat capability of equipment under various limit and boundary conditions.Although initiating explosive device are the supporting equipment of weapons at the third or fourth level,because of its prime function and action sensitivity,the assessment of these device in actual combat plays a pivotal role in realizing the combat mission and improving the combat effectiveness of the whole weapon and equipment.Based on the analysis of series standards of GJB 736,Test method for initiating explosive devices,to respond to the requirements of the initiating explosive device index system and actual combat assessment,this paper establishes the standards system framework for initiating explosive device test and evaluation,puts forward the requirements for the development and revision of relevant standards,and provides standard support for improving the initiating explosive device test and identification standards system to meet actual combat assessment.
