以区间模型为基准的智慧城市社区治理信息化管控平台

摘要 为提高智慧城市社区管理效率与服务水平,设计基于区间模型的智慧城市社区治理信息化管控平台。通过对非概率可靠性的定义与区间函数计算,缩小非概率可靠性指标可行域,将冗余方法、软件容错技术、双机容错以及集群技术作为平台可靠性重要保障,分析平台设计目标和技术路线,将平台结构分为表现层、业务层与数据层,根据三层结构模型,设计平台登录、房屋与人口管理、信息查询等模块,实现对社区治理信息的综合管控。仿真实验证明,此管控平台的系统故障率较低,提高了用户体验的满意程度。 In order to improve the management efficiency and service level of smart city community,an information management and control platform of smart city community governance based on interval model is designed.Through the definition of non probabilistic reliability and the calculation of interval function,the feasible domain of non probabilistic reliability index is reduced.The redundancy method,software fault tolerance technology,dual fault tolerance and cluster technology are taken as the important guarantee of platform reliability.The platform design goal and technical route are analyzed.The platform structure is divided into performance layer,business layer and data layer.According to the threelayer structure model,the platform landing is designed with record,housing and population management,information query and other modules to achieve the comprehensive management and control of community governance information.The simulation results show that the system failure rate of this management and control platform is low,which improves the satisfaction of user’s experience.
