Comparative Study on OBD Requirements of CN-6 Emission Standards for Light-duty and Heavy-duty Vehicles

汽车污染物排放控制国家标准,是降低机动车大气污染的基础要求,OBD要求是汽车污染物排放标准的重要内容,需要详细解读。本文选取OBD一般要求,OBD监测要求,OBD检验验证要求3个方面研究解读轻型和重型国六标准OBD要求,同时将OBD一般要求又分为OBD试验循环、OBD阈值、MIL和故障码要求、OBD信息等进行解读。本文重点对比轻型和重型国六标准OBD要求中的MIL和故障码要求、OBD信息、OBD监测要求等。并简单总结轻型和重型国六标准OBD要求的差异和相互借鉴之处。

The CN-6 emission standards for light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles are the basic requirement for reducing air pollution from motor vehicles.OBD regulation is an important content of automobile emission standard,which needs to be studied and interpreted in details.This paper selects OBD general requirements,OBD monitoring requirements,OBD inspection validation requirements on OBD regulations of CN-6 emission standards for study,and does some research on OBD testing cycle,OBD threshold,MIL and fault code requirements,OBD information of OBD general requirements.It focuses on the comparison of MIL and fault code requirements,OBD information,OBD monitoring requirements of CN-6 OBD regulations for light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles,and makes a brief summary of the differences and mutual references of the two OBD regulations.
