膜分离技术被称为是"21世纪的水处理技术"。本文论述了国内外膜行业发展概况,编制高效能中空纤维超滤膜评价技术要求国标的意义,阐述了高效能中空纤维超滤膜评价技术要求国标编制的总体思路和原则,高效能中空纤维超滤膜评价技术要求,以及测试、计算和评价方法。通过国家标准的研制与实施,将有效指导高效能中空纤维超滤膜产品和材料的评价工作,鼓励高效能中空纤维超滤膜产品和材料的生产与使用,支撑我国污水处理与资源化工作的有效开展。

Membrane separation technology is called"the 21 st Century Water Treatment Technology".This paper discusses the development of membrane industry at home and abroad,the significance of developing the national standard for evaluation technical requirements of high-efficient hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane,and the general idea and principle of developing the national standard,technical requirements for evaluation,test,calculation and evaluation methods.The development and implementation of the national standard will effectively guide the evaluation of highefficient hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane products and materials,and encourage the production and use of these products and materials,supporting the smooth progress in wastewater treatment and resource utilization in China.
