基于本体与中间件的科技资源数据集成方法

Technology Resource Data Integration Method Based on Ontology and Middleware

科技资源具有专业性强、准确性要求高、数据量大且多源异构的特点,而不同科技领域的数据信息相差较大,因此存在着"信息孤岛"现象,跨专业领域数据共享存在着困难和挑战。本文的研究目标是提出多源异构科技资源数据集成系统的建构方法,以解决科技资源数据异质异构带来的难以共享互通的问题。首先,本文系统综述了国内外关于数据集成和科技资源元数据标准的相关研究。其次,本文提出了多源异构科技资源数据集成的本体技术,构建了科技资源本体库与元数据模型。最后,应用中间件模型构建多源异构科技资源数据集成系统框架。本文的创新点是提出了科技资源本体的模型框架,并应用中间件模型实现系统架构,以解决科技资源语义异构、来源异构与结构异构等问题。

Scientific and technological resources have the characteristics of strong professionalism,high accuracy requirements,large amounts of data,and heterogeneous sources.However,data information in different fields of is quite different,Therefore,there is the phenomenon of"information isolated islands",and there are difficulties and challenges in data sharing across professional fields.The research goal of this paper is to propose a data integration system construction method based on multi-source heterogeneous scientific and technological resources to solve the problem of difficult sharing and intercommunication.First of all,this article systematically reviews researches on data integration and scientific and technological resource metadata standards.Secondly,this paper proposes the ontology technology of multi-source heterogeneous technology resource data integration,and builds the technology resource ontology database and metadata model.Finally,the middleware model is used to build a multi-source heterogeneous technology resource data integration system framework.The innovation of this paper is to propose the construction steps of the scientific and technological resource ontology,and apply the middleware model to realize the system architecture to solve the problems of semantic heterogeneity,source heterogeneity and structure heterogeneity of scientific and technological resources.
