基于充电通信协议的现场测试案例库研究

摘要 随着电动汽车产业的发展,充电设施作为重要的基础设施已经进入快速发展阶段,充电设施的质量直接关系到充电的兼容性、可靠性和用户安全。与实验室测试相比,现场测试环境复杂,样本的不确定性高,影响充电的原因错综复杂。因此为了保证现场充电的安全,有必要在实验室测试案例的基础上,结合现场应用的数据,对测试案例库进行扩展。文章研究了基于直流充电通信协议的测试案例,整理和分析了大量的实验室测试和现场故障排查数据,对案例库进行了优化和提升。目前扩展案例库已应用在电动汽车充电设施的现场测试中,案例覆盖率高,对现场运行和维护具有重要指导作用。 With the development of the electric vehicle industry,charging facilities,as an important infrastructure,have entered the stage of rapid development.The quality of charging facilities is directly related to charging compatibility,reliability and user safety.Compared with laboratory test,field test environment is complex,sample uncertainty is high,and the reasons affecting charging are complex.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of on-site charging,it is necessary to expand the test case base based on laboratory test cases and combined with the data of field application.This paper studies the test cases based on DC charging communication protocol,collates and analyzes a large number of laboratory tests and field fault detection data,and optimizes and improves the case base.At present,the extended case base has been applied in the field test of EV charging facilities,which has a high coverage rate and plays an important guiding role in the field operation and maintenance.
