我国中小检验检测机构发展中存在问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Small and Medium-sized Inspection and Testing Institutions in China

我国检验检测行业整体发展形势良好、综合实力不断增强,但"小、散、弱"的基本局面仍未改变,中小检验检测机构仍然是检验检测行业的主体。文章分析了中小检验检测机构的现状、存在问题,提出了专业化实验室建设、拓展周边乃至全国市场、培养核心人才、建设和完善内部制度等方面的对策,为中小检验检测机构的发展提供参考。

The overall development of China’s inspection and testing industry is good,and the comprehensive strength is constantly enhanced,but the basic situation of"small,scattered and weak"has not changed,and small and medium-sized inspection and testing institutions are still the main body of the inspection and testing industry.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of small and medium-sized inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward countermeasures for the construction of specialized laboratories,expansion of surrounding and even national market,cultivation of core talents,and construction and improvement of the internal system,so as to provide reference for the development of small and medium-sized inspection and testing institutions.
