摘要
随着"互联网+政务服务"的全面发展与应用,各地积极推进审批服务便民化、标准化、规范化建设,为群众办事"减负",为营商环境"提质",为政府服务能力"增效"。本文在深入调查多地审批服务便民化工作开展情况的基础上,深入发掘审批服务便民化措施创新应用过程中存在的问题,提出解决措施,为各地提高审批服务便民化、标准化、优质化服务提供参考。
With the comprehensive development and application of"Internet+government services",local governments have actively promoted the development of examination and approval services in a more user-friendly and standardized way,in order to reduce the burden for the masses,improving the quality of business environment,enhancing the effectiveness of government services.Based on the in-depth investigation of the implementation of examination and approval services in many places,this paper deeply explores the existing problems in the innovative application process of the measures to facilitate the examination and approval services,and proposes solutions to provide reference for improving local governments’convenience and standardization and quality of approval services.
