中国电工领域实力的提升和电工科技的发展,促使中国参与IEC的广度、深度不断加强,随着国内认证认可检验检测领域改革的不断深入,认证认可检验检测在服务国家治理、提升质量安全、促进供给侧改革等方面发展空间不断扩展,为IEC合格评定体系在国内的发展提供了新的动力,国内IEC合格评定市场将迎来更大的市场竞争,既面临难得的历史机遇,也面对诸多可以预见的和难以预见的风险和挑战。本文阐述了IEC国内运作概况,以及我国参与IEC合格评定体系现状,选取目前发展最为成熟的IECEE体系在全球范围内进行证书数量和需求量分析,为我国更加充分地利用IEC合格评定体系国际互认手段提供借鉴。

With the improvement of China’s strength in the field of electrotechnics and the development of relevant technologies,China has more actively participated in IEC’s work.With the deepening of the reform in the field of certification,accreditation,inspection and testing in China,certification,accreditation,inspection and testing play a bigger role in serving national governance,improving quality and safety,and promoting supply-side reform,providing new impetus for the development of IEC conformity assessment system in China.The domestic IEC conformity assessment market will face unprecedented opportunities,together with fiercer market competition and unpredictable risks and challenges.This paper expounds the general situation of IEC operation in China and China’s participation in the IEC conformity assessment system,and chooses the most mature IECEE system to analyze the number and demand of certificates worldwide,so as to provide a reference for making full use of the international mutual recognition means of IEC conformity assessment system.
