国内外白瓜子相关标准比对研究及建议

Foreign and Domestic Pumpkin kernel-Related Standards, Technical Regulations, & Specifications Comparison Study and Related Suggestions

本文在搜索和调研了国内外白瓜子相关标准和技术法规文献的基础上,选取了重金属(铅)和白瓜子质量指标开展了国内外标准指标比对。涉及到的标准和规范包括中国行业标准、国际食品法典(CAC)、欧盟标准和法规、美国标准和联邦法规、日本标准和技术法规,韩国标准和技术法规以及俄罗斯标准和相关规定。经过比对分析,得出结论:重金属(铅)方面,韩国比我国标准规定的限量值更为严格。质量指标方面,粗脂肪、粗蛋白、净仁率,千粒重这四项质量指标,未在国内和国外标准中看到。同时本文也对我国白瓜子相关标准的制定提出了建议。

In this article,based on the search and investigation of the relevant standards and technical regulations of pumpkin kernel at home and abroad,the heavy metal(lead)and pumpkin kernel quality indicators were selected and compared.The standards and specifications involved include Chinese NY standards,CAC,European standards and regulations,American standards and federal regulations,Japanese standards and technical regulations,Korean standards and technical regulations,and Russian standards and relevant provisions.After comparison and analysis,it is concluded that the limit value of heavy metal(lead)in South Korea is stricter than that in China.In terms of quality indicators,crude fat,crude protein,net kernel rate and 1000 grain weight were not found in domestic and foreign standards.At the same time,this article also puts forward some suggestions for the standard development of pumpkin kernel in China.
