农产品的安全是人类健康的保证,农产品在出口时都面临着严格的标准和法规要求。本文针对大米、小米、大黄米开展了国内外法规/标准安全指标比对分析,得出了我国与CAC、欧盟、日本、韩国、美国、俄罗斯等主要贸易区域或国家间大米、小米、大黄米相关法规/标准安全指标的差异,为大米、小米、大黄米等农产品开展国际贸易提供技术支撑。

The safety of agricultural products is the guarantee of human health,and agricultural products are faced with strict standards and regulations when they are exported.The safety indexes in domestic and foreign regulations and standards of rice,millet and rhubarb rice are comparatively analyzed.The difference of safety index in relative regulations and standards of rice,millet and rhubarb rice among the major trading region or countries of CAC,EU,Japan,South Korea,the United States,Russia and China are obtained,which will provide technical support for the international trade of the agricultural products,such as rice,millet and rhubarb rice.
