摘要
儒家“礼乐”文化源于孔子所建立的“诗性伦理”传统。伦理主体与伦理规范是在生活情感的诗性言说中显现并确立的,情感先于主体性以及伦理观念与规范的建构。主体性挺立于情感之思、领悟之思到意欲之思以及良知感与理智思谋的诗性转枢,由此确立起伦理规范的正义原则与观念范畴。“诗性伦理”以情感为奠基,并在伦理主体与规范的建构中复归情感本源,还原了孔子思想中诗、礼、乐的圆融回环。
The source of Confucian culture of“ritual propriety and music”is in the tradition of“Poetic Ethics”founded by Confucius.It is in the poetic utterance of the life emotion that both ethical subject and ethical norms manifest and are established.Emotion exists prior to the construction of the subjectivity as well as the ethical conceptions and norms.Subjectivity is established uprightly from the poetic transformation between and among the emotional thinking,the realizing thinking,the intuitive thinking and the reasoning thinking.Further,it is on the foundation of subjectivity that the principle of righteousness and the correspondent categories of conceptions about ethical norms are established.It is the life emotion that lays the foundation for a“Poetic Ethics”,and the construction of ethical subjectivity and norms returns to the life emotion itself.It is pretty safe to assume that“Poetic Ethics”is a reduction of the harmonious integrating of poetic,ritual propriety and music in Confucius'thoughts.
