摘要 从复方成分、配伍规律、疗效评价三个方面阐述了数学模型在中药复方研究中的运用。同时,提出学术假设,即引入肿瘤生长动力学数学模型,解释中药复方干预恶性肿瘤的疗效,可能更符合中医辨证论治的临床实际,从而突破中药复方机制研究的传统思维,较全面地解释中药复方干预恶性肿瘤的“疾病-药效”本质。 The application of mathematical models in the study of traditional Chinese medicine compounds has been illustrated from three aspects:the composition,the compatibility law and the efficacy evaluation.Meanwhile,an academic hypothesis has been put forward,introducing the mathematical model of tumor growth kinetics(TGK)to explain the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound intervention on malignant tumor,which may be more in line with the clinical practice of“syndrome differentiation-based treatment”of traditional Chinese medicine.Our hypothesis is a breakthrough from the traditional thinking of traditional Chinese medicine compound mechanism research and can comprehensively explain the immutable nature of“disease-efficacy”of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on malignant tumor.
