基于熵权法结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选二陈桑贝止咳颗粒提取工艺 被引量:8

摘要 目的优选二陈桑贝止咳颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法以提取次数、提取时间、浸泡时间、加水倍数为考察因素,以水提液中阿魏酸、橙皮苷的含量及浸膏得率为考察指标,基于单因素试验结果优选各个因素的最佳考察范围,运用信息熵赋权法确定指标权重并计算综合评分,以综合评分的结果为评价指标,采用响应面法优选二陈桑贝止咳颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果运用熵权法得到阿魏酸含量、橙皮苷含量、浸膏得率的权重系数分别为0.3915、0.3373、0.2712;响应面设计所得回归模型P<0.0001,模型预测性良好。结论考虑到实际生产的便利性,确定二陈桑贝止咳颗粒提取工艺为加13倍水,浸泡60min,提取120 min,提取2次。 Objective To optimize water extraction technology of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Granules.Methods Taking extraction times,extraction time,soaking time and water addition ratio as factors,contents of ferulic acid and hesperidin in water extract and yield of extract as indexes,optimum range of every factors based on single factor test,using information entropy weighting method to determine index weight and calculate comprehensive score,optimum extraction process of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Granules was optimized by response surface methodology with comprehensive score as evaluation index.Results The weight coefficients of ferulic acid content,hesperidin content and extract yield obtained by entropy weight method were 0.3915,0.3373 and 0.2712,respectively;the regression model P<0.0001 obtained by response surface design had good predictability.Conclusion Considering the convenience of actual production,the extraction process of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Granules is determined as adding 13 times water,soaking for 60 min,extracting for 120 min and extracting twice.
