介绍李发枝教授运用柴苓汤的临床经验。认为柴苓汤适用于肝脾失调、肝郁脾虚、水湿停聚,基于异病同治理论,常灵活运用于高血压、痤疮、失眠、眩晕、胸腔积液等内伤杂病的临床治疗。

This paper introduces Professor Li Fazhi’s clinical experience in using Chailing Decoction.It is considered that Chailing Decoction is suitable for syndromes of the imbalance between liver and spleen,liver depression and spleen deficiency and water-dampness retention.Based on the theory of treating different diseases with the same therapy,Chailing Decoction is often flexibly used in the treatment of internal diseases such as hypertension,acne,insomnia,vertigo,pleural effusion and so on.
