归脾汤治疗心血不足型原发性耳鸣临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of Guipi Decoction in the treatment of primary tinnitus with syndrome of insufficient heart blood

目的观察归脾汤治疗心血不足型原发性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将60例心血不足型原发性耳鸣患者随机分为中药组和西药组,每组30例。中药组采用归脾汤治疗,西药组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊及甲钴胺片治疗。观察两组治疗前后耳鸣严重程度评分、耳鸣残疾评估(THI)量表评分及临床有效率。结果①治疗后两组耳鸣严重程度评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且中药组低于西药组(P<0.05);②治疗后两组耳鸣THI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且中药组低于西药组(P<0.05);③两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤可减轻心血不足型原发性耳鸣的临床症状,改善患者生活质量,疗效优于西药组。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guipi Decoction in the treatment of primary tinnitus with syndrome of insufficient heart blood.Methods Sixty patients of primary tinnitus with syndrome of insufficient heart blood were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,30 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Guipi Decoction.The western medicine group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and mecobalamine tablets.The tinnitus severity score,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)scale score and clinical effective rate were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results①After treatment,the score of tinnitus severity was decreased in both groups compared with treatment before(P<0.05),and that in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).②After treatment,the THI score was decreased in both groups compared with treatment before(P<0.05),and that in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).③There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of primary tinnitus with syndrome of insufficient heart blood,improve the life quality of patients,and its efficacy is better than that of western medicine.
