实秘方治疗便秘(气秘)的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of Shimi Recipe in treating constipation with qi stagnation

目的观察实秘方治疗气秘型便秘的临床疗效。方法采用自身前后对照的研究方法,选取气秘型便秘患者42例,口服实秘方治疗4周,观察临床疗效,比较治疗前后排便困难程度、大便性状、排便时间、排便不尽感、排便频率等症状的改善情况。结果治疗后患者排便困难程度减轻、大便性状逐渐改善及排便时间缩短、排便不尽感有明显缓解,排便频率趋于规律,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实秘方治疗气秘型便秘疗效确切,能很好地改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shimi Recipe in the treatment of constipation with qi stagnation.Methods A self-controlled study was performed.Forty-two patients of constipation with qi stagnation were selected and orally treated with Shimi Recipe,with a course of 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy was observed,and the improvement on defecation difficulty,stool property,defecation time,defecation feeling and defecation frequency were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the defecation difficulty was reduced,the stool property was gradually improved,the defecation time was shortened,the feeling of incomplete defecation was obviously relieved,and the frequency of defecation tended to be regular,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shimi Recipe shows exact efficacy in the treatment of constipation with qi stagnation,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worth clinical promotion.
