右归丸治疗肾阴阳两虚型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical study of Yougui Pill in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin and yang

目的观察右归丸治疗肾阴阳两虚型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将42例肾阴阳两虚型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者随机分为安慰剂组、治疗组、对照组,每组14例。在控制血糖的基础上,安慰剂组给予口服安慰剂,治疗组给予口服右归丸,对照组给予口服他达那非。各组均连续治疗8周,观察临床疗效,比较国际勃起功能问卷表(IIEF-5)评分的变化情况。结果①安慰剂组显效1例,有效3例,无效10例,总有效率为28.6%;治疗组显效7例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率为78.6%;对照组显效8例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为85.7%。治疗组、对照组临床疗效均优于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,治疗组、对照组IIEF-5评分均有所增加(P<0.05)。与安慰剂组相比,治疗后治疗组、对照组IIEF-5评分高于安慰剂组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组IIEF-5评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗组不良反应少于对照组。结论右归丸治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍疗效满意,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yougui Pill in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin and yang. Methods Forty-two patients of diabetic erectile dysfunction with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin and yang were randomly divided into placebo group, treatment group and control group, 14 cases in each group. On the basis of blood glucose control, the placebo group was orally treated with placebo, the treatment group was orally treated with Yougui Pill, and the control group was orally treated with tadanafil, with a course of continuous 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed, and the change of International Erectile Function Questionnaire(IIEF-5) score was compared. Results ①In the placebo group, 1 case was significantly effective, 3 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 28.6%. In the treatment group, 7 cases were significantly effective, 4 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 78.6%. In the control group, 8 cases were significantly effective, 4 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 85.7%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was better than that of the placebo group(P<0.05). ②Compared with treatment before, the IIEF-5 score of the treatment group and the control group was increased after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the placebo group, the IIEF-5 score of the treatment group and the control group was inncreased after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the IIEF-5 score of the treatment group was decreased after treatment(P<0.05). ③The adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group. Conclusion Yougui Pill shows good efficacy in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction, with good safety.
