小肠间质瘤腹腔镜与开腹切除术临床疗效回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and open abdominal resection in small intestinal stromal tumor

目的探讨腹腔镜小肠间质瘤(SIST)切除术与传统开腹小肠间质瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2018年10月经手术治疗且病理检查确诊的69例SIST患者临床资料,其中腹腔镜手术组35例传统开腹手术组34例。观察比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度及术后住院时间、住院总费用、切口疼痛程度、肛门排气时间、术后进食时间以及下床活动时间及并发症发生情况。结果腹腔镜组切口短、术后肛门排气时间早、术后进食时间早、下床活动时间早、切口疼痛程度轻,均低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗SIST安全、创伤小、患者恢复快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and open abdominal resection in small intestinal stromal tumor(SIST). Methods The clinical data of 69 SIST cases, who had received the operation and confirmed by pathology from January 2011 to October 2018 in our hospital, were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into the laparoscopic group(35 cases) and open abdominal group(34 cases). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, postoperative hospital stay, total hospitalization cost, incision pain degree, anal exhaust time, postoperative feeding time, time of getting out of bed and complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the laparoscopic group, the incision length was short, the postoperative anal exhaust time was early, the postoperative feeding time was early, the time of getting out of bed was early, the incision pain was mild,which was significantly better than that in the open abdominal group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment on SIST is safe, with less wounds and fast recovery, which is worthy of clinical application.
